The coolest things I found at the 2012 Grand National Roadster Show, #3 - homemade tachometer, Roman numerals, w/ boost, and temp gauge inset

This blow your mind? Does mine. No one at the vehicle to ask for it's maker name, phone number, and cost... cause I know I'm not the only one curious and impressed

from the company known for making taxis in France in the 1910-1930's... this terrific race car came, the 1924 Chenard and Walker roadster

 I love to find cool new gauges, and these are unlike any I've seen before

 A barometer, or an altimeter? To adjust the carbs for rich or lean?

 The speedo, tach, and gas gauges are incredible...

Anyone know what vehicles they came from? I'm going to guess that the Chrysler gauges are from the 30's or 40's, but I don't recall ever seeing the bottom set.. anyone know what they are from? Such a low reading on the tach makes me think it was to a flathead, or a diesel.

The rolled #13 bug I found at Familienfest 17 has some cool interior things to share with you

 the fenders, roof edges, and hubcaps look like they took the full brunt of a roll over crash... but hte car is in really good condition all the same... no damage to the windows!

 Great book to have in the car for car show people to admire... I do. In the great days of wealth just before the great depression of 1929 it was common for rich people to "Make the Tour" and drive around Europe

My award for best of show, 2011 Goodguys Del Mar Nationals goes to Ralph Whitworth and this exquisite leather interior and hemi engined t bucket

I want to know who did this interior, I want some leather like this!

Love the floor, the minimalist appearance of gauges and the leather glove box, geez that leather covered trans tunnel is awesome. That is top shelf, friends.

Sweet tank straps and trunk... that trunk isn't paint matched, but I like the patina, and love the size

That beautiful leather interior was done by PJ's Upholstery of Denver. To PJ's upholstery, I give my apprecaition and standing ovation! Eric Peratt gets a standing ovation, and I hope enough business that he someday brings down costs to where a broke guy like I can afford his expertise!
