Best video and interview of Randy Grubb (Blastolene Brother) artist / maker of the Deco Liner

this is a 15 minute video, and I can't wait to see if the Pulse Jet bellytanker gets to El Mirage. What am I talking about? The interview happened when a pulse jet expert was at Randy's, and they seem to have collaborated on a bellytanker with a pulse jet the power equivalent of the V1 rocket

Found on  http://karamelocycles.blogspot.com/2012/01/blastolene-story-tuned.html

to see the gallery I posted from the Long Beach Autorama: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2011/10/blastolene-brothers-invent-again-randy.html

the Blastolene Brothers (built it) Hemi trike is caught on video finally (designed and owned by Tim Cotterill)

Found on http://www.ridelust.com/i-dont-know-what-this-thing-is-but-damn-i-want-to-ride-it/#more-85470 where no one identified it as the Blastolene trike, but commentor Rich identifies it as Tim Cotterill's Rocket" and I learned that Tim designed it, but the only people who could build it, of course, were Blastolene Brothers

You can see several videos of it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=su7gNQf8gK8

I posted all of the very very few photos of it online in 2009, http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/04/blastolene-brothers-invent-again.html and updated that post with a couple shots from Randy Grubb's scrapbook when I met him at SEMA 2009 http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/11/pissd-off-pete-newest-creation-of-randy.html when he was showing Piss'd off Pete

Interesting things that sold at the Barrett Jackson auction

Above image via: http://www.autoblog.com/2010/01/23/barrett-jackson-2010-bonneville-boss-transporter-and-lsr-rocket/
The Dean Moon designed "Bonneville Boss" transporter, and mocked up 1976 land speed record rocket vehicle that were built to tour and raise money for the real thing to be built and run at Bonneville... it never came about though. 30 years in storage and now it bounces around at auctions.

Above via: http://www.autoblog.com/2010/01/23/barrett-jackson-2010-the-blastolene-indy-special/ the Blastolene Indy Special was for sale for about a year or so at Symbolic in San Diego, and I photographed it a couple of times. http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/04/blastolene-daytona-special-and-indy.html Looks like no one ever wanted to shell out the 1/4 million or so it would have taken to buy it, so it went to auction, and it sold for $280,500. Half what it cost to create

Jay's tank car trivia

You probably already knew the Blastolene brothers put in an engine from a M47 patton tank, but I just read in the Nov. 2009 Mens Journal that it's first public debut was as a hidden driveable vehicle in Gran Turismo 4

Piss'd off Pete, the newest creation of Randy Grubb, Blastolene Brother / creator / designer extraordinaire!

What a nice guy! He was chatting with everyone about his designs and vehicles he's made, showing sketches and collaborations with the other Blastolene Brothers
Space was very limited to get a good side photo for a overall look, so go to: http://www.blastolene.com/pissd.html

Wow, I love the saddle bags and leather seats... what a cool touch

It is currently still ready to sell, and you should think about the fun you'd have cruising with this to Goodguys shows, your local neighborhood car shows, and Power Tour! To get an email to Randy, use RandyGrubb@blastolene.com
To look at most of the other Blastolene vehicles, see: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/search/label/Blastolene
