Price of gas in Baja vs California

Channel 7/39 just reported that US drivers are crossing the border into Tijuana Mexico, because the gas there is 2.70 something a gallon, and diesel? 2.90 something a gallon. Yeah, about 2 dollars a gallon cheaper than in San Diego. About 20 bucks less a tank, for a 12 gallon tank. Worth the 90 minute wait at the border, each way? Well, I've heard that crossing late at night makes for 1/2 the wait.
