This is the same '39 Chevrolet with the very rare factory optional '40 steering wheel that has the necker knob spinning feature. Super car! Great guy who owns it, very funny story about how he hit the air horn when his wife was under the hood once (scared her so bad she ran!) and how she got him back months? later when he was checking the oil when gassing up. Nice!

Here is a very cool "blast" from the past... two sets of horns from the factory for city (beep) or country (loud air horn)
